The History of the Activities of the Club:

Delvar Afzar Club has started its activity since June of 2004 with complete financial support of Delvar Afzar Industrial Gases Company.

The Athletic History of the Club:

Delvar Afzar Club has had an active participation in all of the nation-wide matches at the level of Iran Football's First Division (Azadegan Cup) in the age group of adults from season 2004-2005 to 2007.

Under-23 Age Group:

In addition to the adult team, Delvar Afzar Club has had remarkable activities at the level of Omid Football Team (under-23 football team) and has had an effective and noticeable participation in "Asia Vision" matches. This age group is still active at this level.

Under-20 Age Group:

The under-20 age group has had an active presence in the provincial matches.

The Social Effects:

Being active in the age groups of adults, under-23, and under-20, Delvar Afzar Club has accepted more than 90 members every year and more than 700 young members up to now and has protected them from social damages by creating a joyful atmosphere for them.

In addition to the players, a number of coaches, assistant coach, team manager, in-charge of services, etc are working along with the team.

The Economic Effects:

Delvar Afzar Club has been a great help for development and prosperity of the football industry by employing players and technical personnel and concluding financial contracts with them.

Delvar Afzar Club is honored that during its lifetime, it has attended nation-wide and provincial contests and paid all of the costs of its teams without receiving any financial help from the governmental sector and has received large sums of the costs of its team from its holding company.
